Terms and Conditions of Use at aoneh5

1 Introduction and Scope of Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and aoneh5 ("Platform", "we" or "us"). The aoneh5 platform operates under international licensing and provides online gambling services including online slots, live casino, sports betting, boxing betting and blackjack to eligible users in Malaysia.

These terms are to be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, all of which form one comprehensive agreement between the user and the platform. In the event of any conflict between the Malay and English versions, the Malay version shall apply.

2 Account Eligibility and Registration

To register and use the aoneh5 platform, you must meet the following requirements:

• Not act as an agent or representative for a third party without written authorisation from aoneh5.
• Not be located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by local law.
• Hold only one account — registering multiple accounts for one user is prohibited.
• Provide accurate, complete and current information during registration. Any false information may result in the account being terminated.

aoneh5 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, including a copy of your identity card (MyKad) or other supporting documents. Failure to comply with a verification request within the specified period may result in the account being temporarily suspended or permanently closed.

3 Account Security Responsibilities

Users are fully responsible for all activity that takes place under their account. You are required to:

• Choose a strong and unique password and not share it with anyone.
• Ensure that the device used to access the platform is secure and free from malicious software.
• Notify our support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Not allow anyone else to use your account, including close family members.

aoneh5 is not responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorised access caused by a user's negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

All financial transactions on the aoneh5 platform are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum deposit amount per transaction is RM10, regardless of the payment method chosen.
• The minimum withdrawal amount per request is RM50.
• Withdrawal processing time is between 30 minutes and 3 hours from the time the request is received.
• Available deposit and withdrawal methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrencies USDT, BTC and ETH.
• All transactions must use an account in your own name. aoneh5 does not accept payments from third parties.
• aoneh5 reserves the right to decline or delay a withdrawal request if there is suspicion of fraud or a breach of terms.

The official currency of the platform is the Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Exchange rates for cryptocurrencies will be determined at the time the transaction is made.

5 Bonus and Promotion Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by aoneh5 are subject to the specific conditions stated alongside each offer. In general:

• Welcome Bonus: First deposit bonus of 120% up to RM500. The wagering requirement is 25 times the bonus amount received before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.
• For example: a deposit of RM100 generates a bonus of RM120, bringing the account balance to RM220. The wagering requirement is RM120 × 25 = RM3,000.
• As a second example: a deposit of RM1,000 generates a bonus of RM500 (maximum cap), bringing the account balance to RM1,500. The wagering requirement is RM500 × 25 = RM12,500.
• Each bonus may only be claimed once unless stated otherwise.
• Bonus abuse, including hedge betting or strategies designed to meet wagering requirements with unfairly low risk, is prohibited.
• aoneh5 reserves the right to cancel bonuses and reject related withdrawal requests if abuse is proven.

6 VIP Programme and Cashback

The aoneh5 VIP programme offers weekly cashback rewards to loyal members. There are five membership tiers:

• Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.2%
• Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.3%
• Gold — weekly cashback up to 0.5%
• Platinum — weekly cashback up to 0.6%
• Diamond — weekly cashback up to 0.8%

VIP tier upgrades depend on consistent playing activity on the platform. aoneh5 reserves the right to change the VIP programme structure with advance notice to members. Cashback credited to an account is subject to the conditions set at the time of crediting.

7 Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following:

• Fraud, identity falsification or providing false information during registration or verification.
• Money laundering or using the platform for financial activities that violate the law.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any technical tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Abusing bonuses, promotions or special offers in breach of the stated terms.
• Transferring account balances to another user or to an account outside the platform.
• Accessing the platform using a VPN or proxy with the intent to conceal your actual location in order to bypass jurisdiction restrictions.

Any breach of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of balances and bonuses, and legal action where necessary.

11 Amendments to Terms and Conditions

aoneh5 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. However, for significant amendments that affect user rights, notice will be given via the platform at least seven (7) days before the amendment takes effect.

Continued use of the platform after the date an amendment takes effect is considered your acceptance of the amended terms. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms from time to time to ensure they are always aware of the latest version.

12 Applicable Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which aoneh5 holds its operating licence. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through internal processes shall be referred to a competent arbitration body in accordance with the applicable licensing regulations.

The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision in these terms does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which remain in full force and effect.
